- Establishment of Somali Mental Health Forum - this group consists of community members with an interest in mental health and has support from LPT.
- Establishment of Batani Women's Group - the women in this group have been empowered to form a group and through their own initiative use music and drama to express their views on mental health.
Establishment of African Consortium - to bring together 13 African communities to help meet unmet health and social care needs
