Head of Care Services
Leicester £31,176 p.a.
You'll be responsible for a range of social care services, community development activities and projects that promote well-being and offer practical support to older people living in the community.
You'll also oversee the management of a team of geographically dispersed Service Managers and two teams of Community Development Workers working with BME communities.
This is a vital role, requiring excellent people skills and effective leadership to achieve targets often linked to statutory contracts.
You will also need to have full use of a car.
