Based at 13 High Street East, Uppingham.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced manager for our new Home Improvement Agency based in Rutland. You may be from a technical or Home Improvement Agency background and will have knowledge of commissioning and supervising contracts and housing legislation relating to grants.
Specifically, you should have a BTEC/HND/HNC in Building Studies or proven experience in a building related field.
The post holder must have full use of a car.

Mental Health Senior Community Development Worker - For Black and Minority Ethnic Communities.
Salary £24,767 per annum
37 hours per week
Contract to 31.03.2010 (with possible 2 year extension subject to satisfactory review).
We require a full time Senior Community Development Worker to manage a project that will be working with people from Black and Minority Ethnic Communities of all ages to improve access to and engagement with mental health services. The post will cover the county area of Leicestershire and Rutland.
The successful candidate will have experience of community development work and will be expected to demonstrate a clear understanding of issues facing people from BME communities who have mental health needs, including reasons for health inequalities and lack of engagement with service providers.
Ability to manage a team is essential.
