The Centre is open daily between 9am and 4.30pm
In addition to the activities listed below, the centre offers:

- Insurance services - a comprehensive range to fit the needs of the over fifty-fives
- Hairdressing by a qualified stylist - Monday to Friday
- Several rooms for hire - with coffee bar facilities
- Foot Care Practitioner - Monday and Wednesday (ring for an appointment)
Lunch - Mon-Fri at 12 noon - 2 Courses with Tea or Coffee - £3.10
Coffee Bar - Open Monday to Friday

Line Dancing - 10.15 until 11 am
