What can Volunteers expect?
Although not always necessary we can provide training sessions for volunteers who are interested in developing particular skills or areas of knowledge relating to older people.
Volunteers will be offered an appropriate level of support and will not be expected to take on a role of a paid member of staff. The key to volunteering is that volunteers are able to define the type of work they feel able to undertake.
